At MasterCraft Design & Build, we work with several architects with differing areas of expertise. These architects can produce designs for the small or large budget. They can take a design that you have already thought out and put it in final form or they can take your individual ideas and incorporate them on to a fresh page. If you have not thought through the design process before, we will give you some basic parameters to help point you in the right direction. Once we have worked with you to narrow down your ideas, we will bring the architect in to clarify and polish your thoughts. This process helps to maximize the architects time and minimize your cost.
Since many decisions are based on budget cost, we provide intermediate pricing as the drawings progress, all to help architect and homeowner to achieve a finished project within budget. With our assistance, you will have an accurate cost analysis of your house before final drawings are complete. This will give you piece of mind as you enter into the construction phase of the project. |
Once you begin work with the architect, we do not abandon you to the design process. As the general contractor, we will walk through the entire design process with you from start to finish. We can offer cost saving suggestions and design alternatives to aid the architect as he puts you’re designs on paper. Latest Blogs
